Terms & Conditions

Many of our stoves are in stock and can be delivered within 7 days but some specific items may take longer.

Before your order is taken you will be given information as to time of delivery.

Full payment of the stove is needed before we can process an order. You can pay using credit/debit card over the phone by calling our office , cheque payments are accepted but will need to clear before processing or bank transfer (please contact for details)

Delivery

We aim to deliver to you within 7/14 days but if an item is to take longer we will inform you by email or telephone. We pride ourselves on keeping in touch with you, the customer, at all times.

Our couriers (Palletways) will contact you with specific delivery dates & times to suit you .

Faulty items must be reported to us within 48 hours by phone or email. We will endeavour to rectify any problems as soon as possible.

If the item has to be returned please re-pack the item as you recieved it.We will arrange collection .

All product prices include VAT at 20% and delivery charge. All products have a 5 year manufacturer warranty.

Our products are heavy and will be delivered by "Palletways" using large tail lift lorries. "Palletways" will inform you before by telephone to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please ensure once delivery times have been agreed that someone is there to receive your item. Our stoves are securely packaged so please be careful when unpacking your stove .

If another delivery has to be made because the driver has no one to receive the item then unfortunately you will be charged another delivery fee.

Please inform us of any restrictions of access to your property e.g. Narrow lanes, low bridges or trees, long gravel driveways etc.

"Palletways" drivers will aim to get your stove as close to your door as possible. For Health & Safety reasons it is not possible for them to lift the item into your house so please ensure someone is there to help you with this.

We aim to deliver your goods in perfect condition but sometimes accidents can happen so please check your item before signing for with your delivery driver.

Deliveries that have been signed for are deemed to be in good conditions & complete and as such we are unable to claim for them once signed.
